Health & Logistics Acknowledgments

• Vaccinations & Health Requirements: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for obtaining all required routine and destination-specific vaccinations (such as Yellow Fever, Typhoid, or Malaria prophylaxis) as mandated by the destination country’s entry requirements and CDC/WHO guidelines.
• Travel Arrangements: I understand that I am responsible for securing my own round-trip international airfare to the designated arrival airport, unless explicitly stated otherwise in my official mission acceptance packet

Payment Terms & Eligibility Deadlines *

• I understand that to remain eligible for deployment, all volunteer mission fees and project contributions must be completed in full no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the forfeiture of my deployment slot.

Volunteer Agreement & Release of Liability *

• Liability Release: I release the organization from liability for any personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage sustained during deployment, and I agree to secure comprehensive international travel medical insurance for the duration of the mission.
• Mission Field Code of Conduct: I agree to adhere to all local laws, respect regional cultural norms, and follow the direct safety protocols outlined by the on-site Project Coordinator at all times. The organization reserves the right to terminate my deployment immediately, at my own expense, in the event of severe misconduct.
• Right to Reschedule (Force Majeure): I acknowledge that the organization reserves the right to alter itineraries, change field locations, or postpone missions due to changing local safety conditions, political instability, public health mandates, or natural disasters.
