Headquartered in Houston, Texas, with a dedicated 4-acre project hub in the Namayingo District of Uganda, we are building resilient communities equipped to thrive for generations.
Our Leadership
Mercy of God Mission operates under the dedicated leadership of Executive Director Laeticia Amaka Anene and Rev Ebenezer Anene.
Bringing a unique technical fluency to the humanitarian sector through her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Laeticia ensures that the mission’s projects are deeply grounded in accountability and efficiency. This technical foundation directly drives the organization’s innovative approach on the ground—from the deployment of off-grid solar infrastructure to the implementation of transparent, offline-first digital ledgers.
Working alongside her, Rev Ebenezer Anene provides vital community and foundational guidance. He ensures that as the organization scales its technological and agricultural capabilities, it remains deeply rooted in its core mission of compassionate, human-centered service.

We focus on data-driven, de-risked project execution. By securing community buy-in and establishing dedicated operational hubs, we ensure that every initiative is built on a foundation of long-term sustainability and rigorous oversight.
Our Origins & Commitment to Banda The roots of our work in Uganda run deep. Since 2020, our foundational outreach began under our Christian ministry, Prophetic Awareness & Healing Ministries (PAAHM), focused on serving and uplifting the village of Banda—a historically neglected rural area in the Namayingo District. As the scope of this work expanded from immediate relief to the need for long-term, sustainable infrastructure, Mercy of God Mission was established as a standalone humanitarian organization. Today, we carry forward that six-year legacy of deep community trust in Banda, operating a dedicated 4-acre development hub to drive regional economic transformation.
